PaintWalk: Konto löschen

Diese Seite gilt für die App PaintWalk für Android und iOS und für die Web-Fassung. Anbieter ist die X-Concapps GmbH. Hier steht, wie du dein Konto löschst und was danach mit deinen Daten passiert.

In der App löschen

Öffne PaintWalk und melde dich an.
Geh auf Profil und tippe oben rechts auf das Zahnrad. Das öffnet die Einstellungen.
Tippe im Abschnitt Konto auf Konto löschen.
Lies, was gelöscht wird. Gib zur Bestätigung LÖSCHEN oder deinen Benutzernamen ein und tippe auf Konto löschen.

Das Konto ist sofort gelöscht, und die App meldet dich ab.

Ohne App löschen

Schreib eine E-Mail an info@x-concapps.com, Betreff „PaintWalk: Konto löschen“. Schick sie am besten von der E-Mail-Adresse, mit der du bei PaintWalk angemeldet bist, und nenn deinen Benutzernamen. Hast du dich mit Google oder Apple angemeldet, schreib dazu, welchen der beiden Dienste du benutzt hast. So können wir prüfen, dass die Anfrage von dir kommt.

Wir bestätigen den Eingang innerhalb von 5 Werktagen und löschen das Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen. Danach bekommst du eine Bestätigung.

Was gelöscht wird

dein Konto: E-Mail-Adresse und Anmeldedaten, auch die gespeicherte Verknüpfung mit Google oder Apple
dein Profil: Benutzername, Anzeigename, Profilbild, Level, Punkte, Statistik und Einstellungen
Bilder, die du gespeichert oder in der Community geteilt hast
deine Gegenstände im Spiel
Kontaktanfragen, die du uns geschickt hast
deine Stimmen auf geteilte Bilder
dein Malverlauf, also wann du wo welches Pixel bemalt hast, samt GPS-Genauigkeit und Geschwindigkeit

Was bleibt, aber ohne Bezug zu dir

Die Pixel, die du gemalt hast, bleiben auf der Weltkarte, mit Farbe, Ort und Zeitpunkt. Wer sie gemalt hat, speichern wir nicht mehr.
Meldungen, die du zu Pixeln abgeschickt hast, bleiben für die Moderation. Dass sie von dir kamen, ist danach nicht mehr erkennbar.
Haben andere Spieler Bilder gespeichert oder geteilt, auf denen deine Pixel zu sehen sind, entfernen wir daraus deinen Benutzernamen und deine Nutzerkennung. Die Pixel selbst bleiben im Bild.

Was wir aufbewahren

Angaben zu deinen Käufen und Abos: Produkt, Datum, Plattform und die Bestellnummer von Google Play oder dem App Store. Für Buchhaltung und Steuer gelten gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten, deshalb löschen wir diese Angaben nicht sofort. Wir trennen sie von deinem Konto und sperren sie. Gesperrt heißt: Wir verwenden sie nur noch, um diese Pflichten zu erfüllen, und löschen sie, wenn die Aufbewahrungsfrist abgelaufen ist. Deine Zahlungsdaten wie Kreditkarte oder Konto haben wir nie; die verarbeiten Google und Apple.

Bevor du löschst

Ein laufendes Abo endet nicht mit dem Konto. Kündige es selbst: auf Android im Play Store unter „Zahlungen und Abos“, auf dem iPhone in den Einstellungen unter deinem Namen und „Abonnements“.

Das Löschen lässt sich nicht rückgängig machen. Wir können ein gelöschtes Konto nicht wiederherstellen.

Hast du dich mit Apple angemeldet, kannst du PaintWalk zusätzlich in den Einstellungen deiner Apple-ID unter „Mit Apple anmelden“ entfernen.

PaintWalk: Delete your account

This page covers the PaintWalk app for Android and iOS and the web version, published by X-Concapps GmbH. It explains how to delete your account and what happens to your data afterwards.

Delete in the app

Open PaintWalk and sign in.
Go to Profile and tap the gear icon in the top right. That opens Settings.
In the Account section, tap Delete Account.
Read what will be deleted. Type DELETE or your username to confirm, then tap Delete account.

The account is deleted immediately and the app signs you out.

Delete without the app

Email info@x-concapps.com with the subject "PaintWalk: Delete my account". If you can, send it from the email address you use for PaintWalk and include your username. If you signed in with Google or Apple, tell us which one. That lets us check the request really comes from you.

We confirm receipt within 5 working days and delete the account within 30 days. You get a confirmation when it is done.

What is deleted

your account: email address and sign-in data, including the stored link to Google or Apple
your profile: username, display name, profile picture, level, points, stats and settings
paintings you saved or shared in the community
your in-game items
contact requests you sent us
your votes on shared paintings
your paint history, meaning when and where you painted which pixel, including GPS accuracy and speed

What stays, but no longer linked to you

The pixels you painted stay on the world map, with colour, place and time. We no longer store who painted them.
Reports you sent about pixels stay for moderation. They no longer show that they came from you.
If other players saved or shared paintings that show your pixels, we remove your username and user ID from them. The pixels themselves stay in the picture.

What we keep

Details of your purchases and subscriptions: product, date, platform and the order number from Google Play or the App Store. Accounting and tax law require us to keep these records, so we do not delete them right away. We separate them from your account and lock them. Locked means we use them only to meet those legal duties and delete them when the retention period ends. We never had your payment details such as card or bank account; Google and Apple handle those.

Before you delete

A running subscription does not end with your account. Cancel it yourself: on Android in the Play Store under "Payments & subscriptions", on iPhone in Settings under your name and "Subscriptions".

Deletion cannot be undone. We cannot restore a deleted account.

If you signed in with Apple, you can also remove PaintWalk in your Apple ID settings under "Sign in with Apple".
